At A Peptide Company we ship Monday – Thursday ONLY. This keeps your temperature sensitive packages from sitting with FEDEX over the weekend. We strongly recommend shipping with priority overnight shipping to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner as they are temperature sensitive. Warm or damaged products delivered with Home or Ground delivery cannot and will not be reimbursed, refunded or resent.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package and immediately refrigerate the peptides. Fedex will leave a package on your porch if no one is home, however A Peptide Company cannot be responsible for warm or damaged peptides when packages are left in this manner. Please send your patients their tracking numbers once received so they are able to monitor the delivery of their peptides.
ORDERS OVER $2000 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH FEDEX DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

This policy ensures that you MUST order HEAT PROTECTIVE PACKAGING + PRIORITY OVERNIGHT SHIPPING with all orders to ensure peptides are received in a prompt manner and any temperature damage to peptides will not be A Peptide Company responsibility.
